Abstract
An Appalachian Mountain Club Worcester Chapter member finds motivation from Douglass Teschner’s article on the Hancocks. A woman who was cabin maid near Old Faithful in 1952 responds to Steven Jervis’s story about climbing in that area the same year. Two readers bring up problems that come up hiking with dogs on trails.
