The Electronic Sensing division at Honeywell benefits from high level analytical insights into products’ performance and is visualized on a Salesforce dashboard. While this proves to be relevant from a sales perspective, it lacks marketing-based solutions and strategy analysis. To ensure a marketing benefit, data analytical strategies were formulated with a fresh outlook for the magnetics product family using marketing tools such as Microsoft Excel. Along with this, a Tableau dashboard was introduced to improve the visualization and analytical aspect of the current dashboard. An estimation suggests that these changes have time savings by 83.33% and increase profits by $770,000.
