Abstract
In the summer, I worked as a product management intern for interconnection services at Equinix. Equinix is the leading data center service provider around the globe. The interconnection services of Equinix include various SaaS products with different functions that enable customers to manage their digital infrastructures.
Currently, the product management teams of interconnection services are at different levels in terms of analytics adoption. Some product managers mainly rely on the qualitative feedback collected from customer interviews to make roadmap decisions. My ENGG 390 project was to recommend relevant metrics for product managers to make better data-driven decisions.
