Abstract
Fiserv is a fintech firm that accounts for over $250T in books of business around the world. Executive strategy has prioritized acquisition over integration efforts which has stipulated the integration of disparate systems into the original Fiserv (OFS) ecosystem. Without an agreed upon process map, various internal departments have had difficulty streamlining their specific processes to meet SLAs outlined in client contracts. Working under the banking solutions arm, the focus on this project has been to map the processes pertinent to client ID creation and editing, improve the validation process, and integrate database management functionality into the sales operations platform.
