Abstract
I worked as a Product Management Intern for INGENIOUS.BUILD for 12 months. It is a Nashville-based scaling startup which is working on an all-inclusive platform for the management of construction projects. Currently, subcontractors in the construction industry don’t have an easy-to-use but comprehensive tool to create and manage Crews. It was my task to do product discovery by doing customer interviews, defining the product and writing a PRD, designing the feature on Figma and implementing the feature on the platform for commercial release.
