SailPoint is an identity security software company famous for its identity platforms. SailPoint has introduced several new products and modules recently but have difficulty acquiring new customers. Runqing, as Go-to-Market strategy and operations Intern, was responsible for defining success metrics for new products, designing optimal product bundles, working out customer targeting, marketing messaging and competitive strategies. The new product bundles with proposed customer targeting strategies have gained over 4M dollars over the last month and will be launched in October in large scale, which serve as a foundation for SailPoint to grab more market share and build stronger brand awareness.
