Abstract
The Strategic Program Office (SPO) team at Amazon Robotics was formed in 2022 to manage business operations, strategy, performance, and engagement. The internship project comprised building the SPO team’s Wiki on the Amazon Network. This entailed automating manual operations like email communications during downtime at Amazon Facilities, streamlining accessibility between stakeholders & the internal team, and creating a central hub of resources for vendor management, architecture, and business relations & employee experience. Post 4 weeks, the scope was expanded to automating the project intake mechanism to derive monthly insights on the number of tickets, frequency, productivity impact level, and ticket status.
