Abstract

The project aims to enhance the agility of reporting through automation and to support the distribution team of Polen Capital with visualization tools. A new process for data flow of sales activities, opportunities and AUM (asset under management) has been created by building enterprise data warehouse using Alteryx, linking multiple data sources in SQL, and creating interactive business intelligence dashboards using Tableau. The project has saved data preparation man-hours and is a backbone to support real time-based advanced analytics for the launch of new strategies and to improve client retention.
