Abstract

By leveraging AWS robot data, CRM product information and NPS survey responses, this study provides a holistic view of customer profiles that includes customer expectation, cleaning behavior, robot usage habits, robot usage experiences, etc. Built on robot data, this study also enabled the realization of a real-time customer satisfaction alarming system. For this purpose, this study created a typing tool that allows us to identify early customer dissatisfaction and trade-up prospects based on customers’ robot data metrics.
