Abstract
The primary goals that led my summer internship at Steward were assessing the existing member engagement and retention program for Steward Health Choices (MassHealth ACO) and delivering recommendations moving forward to enhance member communication and community health management. During the past two months, I collaborated with Data Analysis, Marketing, and Utilization Management teams to conduct market research, process flow improvement, and ROI analysis. I individually developed a stratification member outreach plan for Steward members based on demographic and medical information.
