Abstract
The Customer Excellence team at Signify is responsible to build tools and improve processes in the Supply Chain function with the goal of optimizing Cost of Operations, Inventory and Customer Service. The project that I worked on, aims to reduce the cost of chargebacks due to inventory stockouts at the distribution centres and deliver superior service to key accounts. This involved staging and populating a SQL server with all the necessary data and building a dashboard on Tableau with several Key Performance Indicators, Trends and Leading Indicators. The dashboard provides actionable insights into stock-out risks and chargebacks to various teams in Supply Chain resulting in improved supplier evaluation metrics.
