Abstract
After allowing individual business units to pursue localized automation efforts, Chubb Insurance wants to bring technology capabilities in-house and create a standardized structure for process automation projects across the company. Matt has compiled tools & templates and mapped their use over the automation delivery lifecycle in order to create guides that will govern future automation projects.
