This project focused on building a strategic market plan for a patented new developed product that is used to replace a current technology for metal 3D printers. I assessed the market size and forecasted sales using the Monte-Carlo simulation method by conducting market research and customer interviews. I also developed product pricing and positioning strategy and cross-functionally worked with engineers on testing the feasibility of the product improvements. The result is the market plan that is used to prepare for the beta testing and launching stages of the product.
