The Dartmouth Undergraduate Journal of Anthropology (DUJA) is an undergraduate-run journal that strives to provide a space to recognize outstanding undergraduate writing while encouraging students to continue engaging critically with the world around them.
Whether you have taken one anthropology course or multiple, we strongly encourage undergraduate students to submit anthropological literature, media, or research to be published by our journal. We are open to all types of submissions, including flash ethnographies, poems, artworks, research papers, and more. Submissions will be solicited for the spring edition of the journal via Listserv throughout winter 2026. If you have any questions or concerns, email us at dartmouth.undergraduate.journal.of.anthropology@dartmouth.edu
See the Aims and Scope for a complete coverage of the journal.
