Abstract
Botkeeper is a Series B startup at the forefront of automated bookkeeping innovation, combining machine learning with skilled accountants to deliver bookkeeping technology and services to businesses. Botkeeper's current platform uses a limited third party service, so the product team is designing a new improved portal. My project goal was defining new user experiences for the bank authentication and file management features, both key capabilities to complete bookkeeping. I accomplished this goal by conducting user research, designing mockups, writing engineering sprint tasks, and creating the release schedule for bank authentication, and producing a product requirements document for file management.
