Abstract
I worked with Red Hat OpenShift, which is a Platform as a Service to facilitate running heavy applications in containers. My project pertained to analyzing the adoption of critical workloads on the platform. Firstly, I found the most critical workload being deployed on the platform. Next, I found the value customers are deriving from the workloads on OpenShift. Finally, I analyzed which vendors are the most lucrative and made a recommendation to form a partnership with those to gain market share and increase sales on OpenShift. To summarize, I determined the most popular workload on OpenShift and developed marketing strategies and materials for a better execution strategy.
