Abstract
Spinnaker SCA is a Supply Chain Consulting firm. My project dealt with 1. Automating repeatable tasks, in the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process - these include programmatically tracking measures in the data cleaning process and programmatic generation of Naive Forecasts, Forward Coverage and Pre-Build Inventory and 2. Creating a replicable SIOP documentation that fits client’s needs. Join me as I talk about how I was able to save 120 person hours per project, create an error free process for clients through automation and how my documentation helps increase the value of Spinnaker’s business.
