Abstract

This summer I worked as a Summer Analyst at The Dedham Group (TDG), a boutique strategy consulting firm that specializes in the life sciences. The firm was founded in 2010 in New York, NY and currently employs over 70 full-time employees. TDG is a growing firm that is increasingly experiencing challenges pertaining to internal communication and obtaining project-specific knowledge/resources. Currently, there is no streamlined system in place for TDG employees to view previous projects’ information and materials/data. My ENGG 390 project was focused on developing a centralized, firm-wide accessible, sustainable, and keyword search capable internal project tracking tool.
