Abstract
The goal of this project is supporting Lucid motors with establishing a business process for the procurement of supplier production tooling for supply chain. To support this goal, I mapped the current process being followed and identified gaps within it by interviewing multiple stakeholder departments. With the pain points identified, I mapped them to relevant pieces within the process and listed down the recommendations and suggestions that could be incorporated, to establish the new tooling business process. I created the process toolkit for supporting data collection points, to eliminate issues regarding data inconsistency, errors, and duplication of effort for stakeholders.
