Abstract
ENGS 390 Project focussed on Intuit Inc. workforce. The project’s goal was to drive new product development in-house. Work included creating a PRD along with building extensive user journey maps to specify features to be built using the product roadmap, followed by testing and production by defining key success metrics. Qualitative user research was synthesized and worked on with engineers to improve user experience and confirm if the build meets the user specifications. An automation tool was also built to increase the efficiency of the team by 40%. The project resulted in saving licensing costs and increasing employee satisfaction by 30%.
