Abstract
Motional, build’s Autonomous Vehicles, being a startup, the processes are loosely defined. As a TPM, I defined formal processes for managing risks and servicing cross-team requests. The process changes have been implemented and are impacting the whole organization. Being a data-driven person, I leveraged my data skills to build some JIRA dashboards to help them gain actionable insights from raw data. I worked with two different org, the Product Manager & the Program Manager. I coordinated & hosted daily sprint meetings, and sprint planning sessions for my team of 16 engineers.
