Abstract
This summer, I worked as a Project Management Co-op at Simbex. Simbex is a product development and consulting company in the medical device and consumer health industry. It assists its clients in the development of products and guides them through the product commercialization process. The goal of my internship was to analyze the existing internal processes at the company and improve resource and project management. I assessed multiple off-the-shelf tools using a decision matrix and developed a suite of internal tools to address the pain points of stakeholders and help the company move towards a data-driven approach to management.
