Abstract
The internship project which was done within the Engineering Shared Services (ESS) team in the Products department at Teradata Corporation involved building a next generation audit and compliance program. The program creates a scalable compliance framework that integrates with the Unified Offering Lifecycle, which is Teradata’s unique process for bringing products to market. It establishes a common taxonomy and shared/agreed upon processes which are repeatable and predictable to facilitate flawless product execution. It does this by laying across a framework which uses the Capacity Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) which is a process level improvement training and appraisal program.
