Abstract
A project was proposed to streamline the information analysis and capture insights to manage Gartner Product. This was achieved through the standardization of data flow, data centralization and tools set up to automate analysis. Compatibility with product management methodologies, scalability and time efficiency were guiding parameters. A database was designed and integrated with a PowerBI dashboard using DAX measures and SQL queries. A product analysis handbook and tools to analyze client feedback data were also developed. The project created new capabilities for Gartner product management through reduced lead time and manual effort, enhanced quality of data and key product insights.
