Abstract
The BCDM team at BMS follows strict timelines to meet the regulatory submissions of drug substances and products to the health authorities. The team collected metric data to accurately estimate resourcing needs and measure efficiency in the authoring and review process to support the timeline development. But, not much progress was made in terms of analyzing this metric data. To cater to this need, I used Spotfire to analyze the metric data, create interactive dashboards to measure efficiencies and report resourcing needs, identify loopholes in data collection and improve data reporting to ensure a robust system.
