Abstract
This project is focused on improving inefficiencies in Noodle Partners’ student enrollment process. The key question was defined as “How can Noodle optimize the enrollment process in the short term (~3 months), to maximize operational efficiency that would result in a 5% increase in student conversion?” Through user research interviews, technology discovery, data analysis and exploration, and market research, I developed key insights. My project deliverables are the analysis I did to understand the problems and assess potential solutions, a set of recommended actions that Noodle Partners should implement, and the business and technical justification for those actions.
