Abstract
“The key is not to prioritize what’s on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities”
The Oxford dictionary defines ‘prioritization’ as an action or process of deciding the importance or urgency of things relative to each other.
Prioritization is a top concern for most Product Managers. Although it’s not what we are hired to do, it’s something that we must do to achieve our real goal: creating successful products.
