Abstract
The daily task I was assigned at GTAI was to collect our potential client’s information through the conference website. To do that, I needed to first extract all the information listed on the conference website and then go to LinkedIn to find contact information such as the CEO of the company. The process was very time consuming and could be improved automatically. For this project, I took ownership of the data scraping process by self-learning data scrapping process using python. The ultimate product I developed was able to optimize the process by reducing up to 70% of the work time.
