Abstract
The following 390-project involves an exploratory analysis of SensorData AGRO platform aimed to improve customer satisfaction and study the opportunity of data commercialization. A strategic project for the team, in which the requirements were defined in close collaboration with clients and Government authorities. To achieve the goal, I performed a data analysis that followed a new set of metrics and recommendations to mitigate in-field operational inefficiencies. Additionally, I created an integrated live dashboards to help the client’s decision making and assessment of activities. Finally, I developed a business model for the commercialization of certified data.
