Description

"While teaching medical students and residents in Rwanda through Dartmouth's participation in the Human Resources for Health program, I saw the benefits of open access publishing first-hand. If we want to have the same expectations for learners everywhere to research their clinical questions, this will only be possible with open access publishing. The ultimate inequity in medical education is when international research is conducted and colleagues in the country where the research was performed can't access the publication."
