Abstract
This summer, Heydrick worked as a Product Management Intern for pandd (Predict and Deliver). He worked directly with Cosán Group, a Chronic Care Management (CCM) company that was significantly short staffed due to company growing faster than expected. Heydrick’s main project was to develop a staffing model, coupled with a revenue model, to assist Cosán Group with the challenge of being adequately staffed to ensure uninterrupted growth of the business. Heydrick’s models helped Cosán Group understand the significant losses in potential profit, upwards of $14 million annually, and gave them the tools needed to improve profit margins.
