Abstract

The 390 project primarily focuses on the US Residential Mortgage – Backed Security (RMBS) market to identify the value this asset class can bring and the degree to which Aflac should invest using market research and peer group analysis, which will serve as the foundation for the portfolio team to ultimately determine whether there is a recommendation on the addition of this new asset class to the current portfolio and the investment size of the possible RMBS pilot program.
