Abstract
Conflict Management is a new application under development by Cegeka. This new conflict mapping tool aims to move from a reactive approach to traffic safety towards a proactive approach. Unfortunately, there are still no clear values and possible clients for this product. The report identifies values and aims to quantify these values in order for Cegeka to launch the product successfully. The values of this application are defined as Risk Mapping, Traffic Counting, Improvement Advice, and Enforcement. A suggestion using school environments as an entry point is proposed, given the extremely low willingness to pay.
