Abstract
Voltus is a demand response energy company seeking to connect distributed energy resources to wholesale electricity markets to help reduce loads during peak hours and prevent grid overload. This project sought to create automation, tracking, and monitoring tools to facilitate visibility in the customer acquisition pipeline, reduce bottlenecks within key operational procedures, and monitor company resources during daily operation. By utilizing coding, project management techniques (such as control charts and MVP development), and user interviews, multiple different tools were created to address cross functional team needs and alleviate pain points.
