Abstract
Arc XP of The Washington Post is a cloud-based digital experience platform (DXP) providing an end-to-end solution for media organizations and enterprise brands. One of Arc’s content products is Composer, a web app where journalists and other content creators compile breaking news and multimedia digital stories. As a product management and analytics intern on Composer, I, Shri, leveraged data to lead product-decision making across the entire product life cycle for 2 of the biggest global launches for Arc in 2022-23, with a special focus on design, technology, and business, thereby sharpening my comprehensive data-informed product managerial skills.
