Abstract
This Summer, I participated in a 10-week internship with Walmart Inc. in their Regenerative Transportation team. This team is primarily focused on automation and electrification projects in the transportation area. The goal of my internship was to support the go-live of electric standby infrastructure for refrigerated trailers, thus replacing the use of diesel fuel, and create a business case for network-wide rollout. I was able to lead the change management effort by creating training plans, and short and long-term adoption strategies, managing the data-tracking efforts, and further conducting technical, financial, and feasibility analyses on implementing this infrastructure throughout the grocery network.
