Abstract
This summer, I participated in a 12-week internship as the MBA Summer Intern at Uber’s Safety Strategy & Operation. The goal of my internship was to improve the earner onboarding process & experiences by reducing background check screening turnaround time. I identified areas of improvement and automated criminal record screening procedure.
