Abstract
The purpose of this project is to improve the availability and the retrieval of important information in key processes. A quantitative approach was utilized to identify the areas in which users were unsatisfied with the data available to perform their duties, and to identify the root cause of encountered deficiencies. During the project, new tools were developed that improved the access to information in different parts of the process, and the necessity of acquiring new Enterprise Resource Planning software was assessed.
