Abstract
This 390 Project is an excel tool for account executives to use to estimate hours of work needed in a task, by whom, and the number of resources required in BVMC’s AMI business offerings. The tool uses consistent phases, terminology, and workflow to achieve the requirement of standardization. The tool includes five phases (five of the eight work offerings) in the AMI Lifecycle. With estimated hours, the tool automatically populates a cost & revenue summary and a monthly chart with pricing by phase and start date. The chart shows the account executive where additional resources are required during the project.
