Abstract
ThyForLife is a Vancouver-based Health-Tech start-up helping people with lifelong thyroid conditions have a better life by performing improved self-management with their mobile app. As an Associate Product Manager at ThyForLife, Shweta was leading the Product Development team. She was responsible to recognize user pain points, perform a thorough market analysis, decide on customer personas, come up with ways to improve the existing features, come up with new features and design their work flows. She ran a user outreach campaign with 30+ user interviews and translated them into a list of 50+ features that she prioritized for different releases.
