Abstract

This project focused on data visualization and analysis for Spinnaker Management, a supply chain consulting firm. Spinnaker had no standard process for presenting network analysis results to clients. Preparing this material for client review and implementation required 60-80 hours of work per project. I developed a method to programmatically generate visualizations of supply chain network analyses. These visualizations were then bundled with analytics for client validation and implementation. The project both reduced the needed material preparation time to less than 1 hour and introduced a new method of data validation.
