Abstract
Marqeta is a prepaid card issuing and processing platform with an open API. Marqeta is building an integrated, end-to-end application, app.marqeta.com (AMC), to support its entire customer journey which is currently in Beta stage. As an intern, I worked on two important stages of AMC’s Product Development Life Cycle - Release and Track. I identified relevant product metrics and designed an interactive dashboard to track the success of AMC as we launch it for General Availability. The insights from the dashboard was then used in strategizing the Go-to-market plan to release AMC for General Availability from Beta stage.
