Abstract
Functioning as the only TPM at Heali AI, a startup specializing in AI-based personalized nutrition, I took ownership of the engineering roadmap and drove the product development schedule from engineering to deployment for four features spanning 80% of the app - home screen, integrated search, diet builder & user history. In this process, I delegated and managed 200+ tasks of the engineering team, leading 60 scrum meetings and attending 80+ strategy meetings. While working across engineering, nutrition and design teams, I ideated and designed novel quality assurance protocols, leading 250+ bug fixes and 7 beta versions of the app.
