Abstract

The Electronic Sensing division at Honeywell benefits from high level analytical insights into products’ performance and is visualized on a Salesforce dashboard. While this proves to be relevant from a sales perspective, it lacks marketing-based solutions and strategy analysis. To ensure a marketing benefit, data analytics strategies were formulated with a fresh outlook for the magnetics family using marketing tools and Microsoft Excel. Along with this, a Tableau dashboard was created to improve the visualization aspect of the current dashboard. An estimation suggests that these changes have time savings by 83.33% and increase profits by $770,000.
