Abstract
Solaflect Energy is a small company of less than 20 employees that builds residential solar trackers. This report focuses on how to identify a pressing problem in s small business. Then it will move on to discuss best practices for purchasing/receiving and inventory management that are best suited for Solaflect. This report will go in depth into multiple solutions for a small business that requires over 200 different parts from nearly 70 suppliers and no one in house to manage purchasing and receiving full time and provide an evaluation of each of these solutions.
