Abstract
Hours every week are spent in Sponsored Products trying to build consensus on the main contributors to variation in Key Performance Indicators (KPIS). With no way to see how input metrics and traffic experiments (weblabs) are contributing to the variation of KPIs, these investigations can cost people additional time outside of weekly business reviews. The Diving Board is a collection of dashboards designed as a systematic and data-driven way of considering the historic impact of an input metric and informing the new week’s data. A single, agreed-upon source of intuition facilitates a more focused discussion on causes of variation.
