Abstract

Project objective is to propose a tool for program and portfolio managers to face ambiguity and uncertainty when planning and executing projects due to resource allocation. It tests usefulness and impact of some agile methodologies and reports in the context of highly specialized engineering teams, which is one of the factors that goes against agile. The project scope covers data collection, it’s cleaning, data mapping, visualization as well as building a reaction framework based on the insights obtained from the reports.
