Abstract

Companies with inbound business-to-business, trial-based marketing models rely on driving leads and sales through innovative products and engaging technical content to attract the target audience. I was responsible for developing the unique value proposition of SmartBear Software’s ‘Test’ products to drive demand through various company channels. This involved leading a Beta program to support the Engineering Team with a new product release, creating Search-Engine-Optimized content to guide prospects down the customer-journey funnel, and supporting the Sales Team with an analysis of the “Closed Won/Lost” opportunities over the last three years for TestComplete; SmartBear’s flagship automated functional user-interface testing tool.
